Return & Refund Policy

At TintCo Canada, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that each order meets your expectations.


Return Eligibility

  • You may return any non-custom item in its original, unused condition within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns will only be accepted if:
    • The product was damaged during shipment, or
    • The product received is different from what you ordered.
  • All returns require pre-approval via email. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing:
    • Your account number
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances, along with the deduction of any shipping fees covered by TintCo Canada.

Custom & Final Sale Items

  • Custom-cut products, including custom split roll widths and pre-cut tint kits, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Pre-Cut Tint Kit Notice

  • Please inspect your pre-cut kit immediately upon delivery.
  • Compare it to your vehicle and perform a test fit on a clean, dry surface before installation.
  • If you believe you received the wrong kit, contact us before installation.
  • Once installed, the kit is considered accepted and non-returnable.
