Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

We ship using trusted carriers such as Puralator, UPS, and FedEx.

The carrier is automatically selected at checkout based on your location, order size, and delivery speed.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or through our Track Your Order page.
4. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

TintCo Canada is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement at no cost to you.
