At TintCo Canada, we take pride in delivering our products safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship using trusted carriers such as Puralator, UPS, and FedEx.

  • The carrier is automatically selected at checkout based on your location, order size, and delivery speed.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or through our Track Your Order page.


4. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • TintCo Canada is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement at no cost to you.
